Refund Policy

YELLOTICK PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request shall not be reversed if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them Cancellation due to reasons not attributable to us, that is, in the event you provide incorrect phone numbers, delivery address, or that you were unresponsive while either of our team or the rider team tried to reach out or, not reachable or unavailable during the delivery of the services offered to you, shall be non-refundable in nature.
• YELLOTICK PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for orders placed online/ Offline items like business profile QR codes and E-Visiting cards/ NFC Cards etc. Once placed However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is damaged particularly for E-visiting cards or NFC cards where else in case of QR code, we are not liable if the QR codes are Unscannable once inspected on site due to mishandle or wear & tear post placement of them.No replacement / refund / or any other resolution will be provided without Buyer/Merchant’s/Store(s)’ permission. We will need to verify the details from the store before we proceed with any refund
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day, days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the YELLOTICK PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 9-15 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10-15 Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
YELLOTICK PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 6-7 Days days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our help-desk on care@yellotick.com.
Acknowledgement of membership with Yellotick pvt ltd shall be validated only post membership charges are reflected in Yellotick’s Current Business Account. Invoice Authentication Code provided at the time of registration shall be the authentic code referring the merchant for its Login exercises on out website or App.
Invoices shall be in Digital format through Electronic Medium only in Interest of both Parties.
While every attempt has been made to ascertain the authenticity of the platform’s Content. We are not liable for any kind of damages, loss or action arising directly or indirectly due to access & for use of the content in the platforms including but not limited to decisions based on content in the platforms which results in any loss of data, revenue, profits, Property, infection by virus Etc.

REWARD SYSTEM & CLAIMS
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yellotick and all yellotick Entities from and against all claims and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of, related to, or in connection with any of the following: (a) any User Content submitted or posted by you on the platform, or any use of the platform in violation of these Terms of Use; (b) fraud you commit or your intentional misconduct or gross negligence; or (c) your violation of any applicable laws or rights of a third-party.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with merchants as well as other users on the platform. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you hereby release Yellotick from any and all claims or liability related to any product or service of a merchant, without limitation, but not limited to any harm caused to you by action or inaction of a merchant, a merchant’s failure to comply with applicable law and any conduct, speech or User Content, whether online or offline, of any other third-party.
Direct Payment Facility
Any and all communication by Yellotick or the merchant regarding the Direct Payment Facility, whether to Yellotick users, your customers or clients, our respective vendors, employees or agents, governmental authorities or any other person or entity whatsoever shall clearly indicate that Yellotick is acting purely as Non-profitable agent in relation to the Direct Payment Facility and is referred by merchant itself for collecting payments directly in the savings/ current bank acoounts or banking partners.
Force Majeure
Without prejudice to any other provision herein, Yellotick shall not be liable for any loss, damage or penalty as a result of any delay in or failure to deliver or otherwise perform hereunder due to any cause beyond Yellotick’s control, including, without limitation, acts of the User or other Users, embargo or other governmental act, regulation or request affecting the conduct of magicpin’s business, fire, explosion, accident, theft, vandalism, riot, acts of war, strikes or other labour difficulties, lightning, flood, windstorm or other acts of God.
Procedure for Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Infringement Claims or Claims of Violation of Other Rights
We respect the intellectual property as well as privacy of others, and we expect our users to do the same in respect to their use of and activities on the Yellotick platform. While a substantial amount of content on the Yellotick platform is user generated over which we do not exercise editorial control, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion subject to applicable law, block access to such content or delete such content, or disable, terminate, and/or take other appropriate steps relating to the accounts of users who may be infringers. While we do not make any editorial determination about the user generated content being posted and displayed and made accessible on the Yellotick platform, if: (i) we receive any notice or communication that any content or any part of the content belongs to a party who has not consented to such content being uploaded and accessible on the Yellotick platform or that it is violative of the rights of any person who has not consented to such content being uploaded and accessible on the Yellotick platform; or (ii) it comes to our attention that any of the content violates any of the terms and conditions applicable to the Yellotick platform, we shall be entitled to remove such content/block public access to such content either temporarily or permanently, subject to the provisions of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and as we deem fit or in compliance with the orders or directions of the court (if applicable) and we shall have the right, at our discretion, to remove the infringer’s account, and in either case none of our users, partners, clients or vendors (including you) shall have no right to make any claims against us for removing or blocking such content;
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement If you believe that your work (or the work of a third party on whose behalf you are entitled to act) has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please file a copyright infringement notice with us. The notice should be in writing and include, in the order set out below, the following:
A statement that you have identified material on the Platform that infringes your copyright (or infringes the copyright of a third party on whose behalf you are entitled to act);
A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, which should include the type of work (such as a book or a sound recording) and any relevant further details (such as the title and date of publication, as applicable);
The country or countries to which your copyright applies;
A description of the way in which the copyright material has been infringed;
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our services (including a screen shot and link to the same);
Your address, telephone number, and email address so that we may get in contact with you;

Please be sure to include responses to items i-viii of Clause (b) above (if the complaint is regarding copyright infringement) or i-v of Clause (c) above (if the complaint is regarding the violation of other personal rights). If you are unsure whether there has been an infringement of your copyright or about your rights in the material, we suggest that you seek legal advice before reporting the material to us or sending us a counter-notice. Our response to your notice is regulated by applicable law. There may be negative consequences if you falsely allege copyright infringement or report material to us in bad faith. In addition, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable, terminate, and/or take other appropriate steps relating to the accounts of users who may be repeat infringers.
Review & Reward Programme
Review & Reward may not be applicable if one or more of the following conditions are true :

Proprietor/Company not registered with Yellotick Pvt Ltd. Via Authentication Code
Business does not belongs to you.
Information provided to us during registration is found not appropriate.
Targeted Reviews are not achieved within stipulated time
One registered store/ Business cannot claim the same set of reward multiple times & within same year.
Review cannot be uploaded by consumer without bill including GSTIN of the merchant’s Business & Encrypted authentication code provided by Yellotick
Consumer/ User
Individual not Registered with Yellotick Pvt Ltd.
Bill Uploaded is unclear / cropped / tampered / punched / handwritten without stamp.
Review has already been submitted by someone else using same credentials or bill details or bill submitted is a duplicate.
Bill is not from the same day.
Bill was not a customer copy/guest's copy..
Bill is generated before final payment i.e. Token/ estimated cash memo/counter bills.
Bill is a home-delivery bill.
Bill is not for a purchase made by you at the outlet you have checked-in from.
Other
If you are using multiple accounts or sharing requests from more than one account.
If the request is shared from a locality where we are not yet live.
If our partner merchant has marked you as an store employee/delivery boy.
Redemption
Reward is subject to periodic review & it’s claim is subjected to Terms & conditions mentioned above.
Reward or any benefits are not applicable till login & registration is completed on Yellotick App.
Incase QR code/ E- Business Profile is discarded or Non-functional before completion of 499 day(s) from date of registration. Yellotick shall restrain all benefits & acknowledgement of the Merchant’s business.Reward shall be claimable and re-structured when Membership is Renewed/re-stated with Yellotick Pvt Ltd.
Merchant or Yellotick User shall receives Reward details and how to claim instruction on their registered Email Address. Incase of Yellotick is not reachable to Merchnat or Yellotick User via email address, Yellotick shall not be liable for the delay or unclaimed rewards.
Rewards are claimable within 30 days from date of benefit issued.
List of Suspicious Activities
Yellotick follows zero-tolerance policy against any kind of activity that is against the T&Cs.
The suspicious behavior includes one or more activities from the below list:
Usage of multiple instances of Yellotick app.
Any app that helps in faking/spoofing the location, IP or device ID of the user.
Multiple accounts usage by the same user.
Note - If you are facing issues after removing the above set of apps.Please restart your device and try again.
